"Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was out of service for the two days we were here. This resulted in many traffic jams and periods waiting to get to the room. I’m sure it was impossible to have it repaired since it was a holiday weekend. Otherwise the property is well maintained and the staff were polite and attentive. The property was booked up and those staying there were a mix which all seemed to get along together well. We did not use the complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres. The complimentary breakfast was good including the coffee."
