"Friendly and helpful desk staff. Clean room. The sink however was awkwardly made. The faucet was off to the side and the counter was not flush against the wall causing water to spill onto the floor each time the sink was used. Had to keep a towel on the floor."

Instead of changing the sheets they were making the beds with the sheets we just slept on. the shocked look on the employees face was priceless.
