Nice Staff, but no TV service -disappointing

Our stay was fine overall—nothing fancy, no frills. The property is currently under construction, but the staff was very nice and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. The main reason for my low rating is the TV service. During our stay, the television went out completely, and we weren’t able to watch anything in the room. In 2025, this feels pretty unacceptable. At the very least, the hotel should have offered a credit or some type of compensation to guests, since this wasn’t an isolated issue but something that affected everyone due to the service outage. While the staff did a good job, the lack of such a basic amenity really overshadowed the experience.

This hotel is under renovations in the breakfast area. No hot breakfast until renovations are completed. Booked a king room and got 2 queens. People next to us were very loud all night. Otherwise it was a nice clean and comfortable room

The room we reserved was very large. The pool was nice. The breakfast was only prepackaged food. One day our bed was not made which was annoying since I even told the housekeeper that we were leaving and she could do our room.
