Clean room and bathroom, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom and the room were both really spacious which my toddler loved after being in her car seat she had plenty of room to run freely. The location was safe as well and convenient having a Rhodes close by open late to get snacks and chargers. I was pleased with my stay I felt safe and comfortable.

Rude Manager

Did not get to stay the manager was very rude and race it. Also once we was out of the lobby in our car trying to find another hotel, he called the police on us. Police was understanding and stated that this happens all the time. My suggestion to Candlewood if you want all customers to fill welcomed at this location, fire the manger. Then what he did while I had children with me is even more unacceptable.

The room was excellent. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious. However, I won’t be staying here again as they don’t offer a continental breakfast. You would think for $160 a night they would offer that. Not high dollar items you have to buy.

I was charged $500 bc they found tobacco in the trash from a cigar. We never smoked in the room. So now I’m being charged for trash in the wastebasket??? I’ll never stay there again.

Saw a cockroach in the bathroom. But, only one. Disappointed that the hot tub was covered. Got a one bedroom suite. The fan to bring cool air in the bedroom was backwards.

Hotel is lovely on the inside & out very clean until you check the windows. Out first room had a so many baby spiders on the back of side of the curtains and pregnant spider. The second room we changed to only had 2 visible ones
