The first thing you notice is the windows are super thin. If you’re on the highway side it’s all you can hear. The flooring isn’t very sound dampening either so if you have someone above you you’re definitely going to hear them walking around.

Every thing was handled quickly. The room was awesome. The shower was great. I would say the only drawback was the refrigerator and freezer were not on and I did not realize that. I was on at my previous stay earlier in the week and some ice cream I put in the freezer melted.

I didn’t expect to find glasses, silverware, a stove, etc., in my room and was presently surprised. Except for the conditioner shooting me in the mouth, this was an excellent stay. I will certainly stay there again if in the area.

I didn’t get any sleep because of the noise and I asked if there was anyway possible to switch to another room. They did switch us only To call us a few hours later and told us that we needed to vacate the room immediately and that either we went back to the room we originally had or we needed to leave I said what do you mean you’re kicking us out and he said yes either go back to that room or we’re kicking you out I asked if I could get a refund because I did not want to go back to the noisy room and also if I could talk to a manager and he hung up on me, then he called back one minute later and said he spoke to the manager who said go back to the room or we’re kicking you out. I was charged for two nights, even though I was only there for one night and then I had to get another room very quickly so it was just the most horrible experience and I will never stay at a candlewood again.
