Convenient location between broad ripple and downtown. Area is going through urban renewal and appeared to be up and coming. House is good and perfect for three to five people or a family. Gather 22 was an excellent restaurant for brunch and was only .5 miles from house. Overall, good house and experience. Host is very responsive

We had a great stay. The house was pleasant, spacious, and in a great location near downtown with convenient parking. It was very clean, well maintained, and clearly prepared with guests in mind. Check-in was easy and everything was hassle-free throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend.

Host interaction was good. House wasn’t clean, the 3rd bedroom didn’t have a bed, the sofa was switched out for a worn out shabby version (definitely a different sofa than the pictures), the house smelled stale and musty on arrival, master bedroom didn’t have a fire alarm, didn’t find carbon monoxide detectors anywhere. Host offered to come back and clean after we were already checked in (late check in) but we had already used the shower and toilets and our stuff was all in there so I declined.
3rd bedroom doesn’t have a bed. My middle school aged child was too long to sleep comfortably on it and it didn’t seem like a very cleanable option for a bed.

The good: loved the neighborhood, house had plenty of space, check in was easy, price was super reasonable!Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the beds were quite uncomfortable. If you like extra soft beds you can sink into, you might love them. But for us, we did not get good rest.
