Perfect for our needs

Our family has rented a house on the Cape for many years and this is probably the best one. The kitchen is stunning (the island in the kitchen is so big we called it the “continent”). Pretty quiet street and took walks in the evening. This is was a “workcation” and grandparents were with us as well (5 of us total at once) and there was plenty of room. If we can score this house again we’ll take it next time we stay on Cape Cod.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house comfortably accommodated six of us and the deck and kitchen were perfect gathering spots. The beds were really comfortable. The house was bright, clean, updated and had everything we needed.

Perfect Cape Vacation!

This was literally the cleanest vacation home our family has ever stayed in! It was super cozy, beautifully updated and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, with close proximity to beaches, whale watching and downtown Hyannis. I cannot recommend this property enough; thank you to Bernie for sharing this gem with us!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have been in. Very smooth check in process. Looks like the entire property was professionally redone and designed recently, house was very clean and upgraded with pretty much everything we needed and more. Perfect for a group of 6ish people!

Perfect for the week

Great home with plenty of amenities (only downfall was no laundry). Comfy beds. Decorated perfect for the Cape. Easy process during check in/out. Would highly recommend and we’ll plan on making this our summer Cape home again!
