The room was cosy and the staff made two swans and put petals around the bed. So kind and it was lovely the spa. I have used the gym and spa many times as a member until I moved. First time staying though and loved it we did.

We need to carry our luggages all the way to the stairs. Swimming pool is good but the steam bath room always not in good condition. Not steam enough. Toilets can clean more."
