Parking was easy. Breakfast was ok many options. Evening meal 1st night not good steak was chewy and grisly, for £37 not happy told the waitress and she took off service charge which was t right as the service charge is for waiting staff. The payment should have been reduced as we had to meals of the ribeye steak and both were grisly and chewy. The waitress told us they have changed suppliers, it’s clear they have changed for a cheaper cut of meat as we had this last year and it was the best steak we had .

I visit many hotels and there are too many major hotel chains that do not maintain high levels of service. This hotel was a welcome change as the standards throughout were very high. A special mention for the staff who were so helpful, and to the very high standards of the outside areas. So pleasing to see no litter but properly maintained gardens and walkways. Well done.
