Everybody we had any interaction from the staff onsite was fantastic. We have an autistic daughter who can be challenging at times and the staff did everything they could to try and make her feel comfortable. Would happily stay again.

This hotel needs some serious TLC, room was just tired with water leak stain on the celling. Chairs in the room and breakfast hall were rocking quite wildly. Breakfast was good - recommended. Parking was convenient. This hotel needs renovation.

The hotel stands in its own grounds just of the M20 junction. It is large hotel with three floors and long corridors. Checkin went ok and we were allocated a third floor room overlooking the old tennis court (now used a truck park). The room is a little dated but functional. The shower worked ok inside a bathtub. There is no Aircon however as we stayed in a cool period, the windows gave adequate ventilation. The beds were firm and comfortable. The resturant provides a good Breakfast for ÂŁ12 /head with a bar next door. We attended an event in the adjacent function room which was well organised. The leasure facilites are good with a large swiming pool, hot tub and steam room. Overall I would rate this mid 3 star hotel.
