Facility is clean, check in was fast, the staff are helpful, and the hotel and surrounding is quiet. The gym is smaller than my expectations. The water dispenser on the ground floor is mostly empty and needs refilling.

Location was convenient, however parking wasn’t explained very well and kind of confusing. The dining options were also not explained well and didn’t see they gave us a breakfast card and it stuck to the door key so paid for breakfast only to have them had to refund it. Staff was helpful getting things corrected for us.

The hotel is kind of in its own in a somewhat busy area, but wasn't hard getting in or out. The parking garage is attached, big plus. Once in the lobby, it's big and spacious. The limited number of elevators (4) only comes into play at checkout. The elevators are old, but functional. Once in a room, you'll find it very large with a couch, desk, bed, dresser, and large TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
