25 Wildwood is a stylish 3 bedroom / 2 bath home in the private residential neighborhood of Greenwood Forest. With polished wood floors, area rugs, and fashionable furnishings and fixtures, this home is epitome of Contemporary Coastal Chic.

When you enter the foyer you look directly into the bright, open living room with an inviting corner-shaped sectional sofa, upholstered armchair, and a 50" SMART TV. The far wall has multiple floor-to-ceiling windows and 2 glass doors that open to the spacious shaded deck area. There are patio chairs and tables on the deck, as well as a grill for those fun family barbecues.

The adjacent dining area has a beautiful chandelier and a wood table that seats 6. The dining area flows right into the big open kitchen with modern white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and eye-catching tile backsplashes. There is also a high efficiency front loading washer and dryer in the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a King bed, large windows, a 42" SMART TV, and a luxurious private bath with sand-colored marble flooring and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. There are 2 other guest bedrooms: one has 2 sets of bunk beds and the other has a King bed and 42" SMART TV. There is a shared hall bathroom for the guest rooms with the same beautiful marble flooring and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

Great vacation spot

We had a great trip and would definitely rent the same house again. The house was very clean and in pristine shape. The location was great too with a neighborhood pool around the corner, restaurants/shops nearby, and the beach a short bike ride away.
