I have enjoyed much better but it is only £9 and you can eat all you can ! The Lady tidying up the plates and ensuring stock levels were good, on my second morning was not the usual and she wasn't quite as approachable or helpful. I paid quite a high price for my two nights but I do like this hotel, especially for its location. Only 10/15 minutes walk to bull ring / new street station. And staff generally better than many places. Parking is limited due to refurbishment work, so arrive early if you can !!!"
