Lovely hotel

Stayed for 2 night's in your hotel. Very helpful receptionist (Gemma) who helped with an extra lamp for the as it was a little dark. Also a fan due to my husbad been very warm. Nothing was to much trouble and all with a smile. The room was very clean and plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Tea/coffee making equipment was lovely. Small fridge with x2 bottles of water. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety to suit all. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked this 2 nightvstat as part of a Christmas present. Felt let down , following a power cut unable to use the pool. This was the main reason for booking thos hotel, to use the pool and spa facilities. This was on 2 Jan. 3 Jan pool back open but the water was too cold, i mentioned it to the hotel but noone seemed interested. Also the hotwater was cold So all in all a very disappointing stay but disappointing too, as a Christmas present

Lovely festive stay!

This was our second stay at this hotel as a family. We decided to come back again at the same time of year again as it was so lovely and festive for Christmas. The staff are all amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is so lovely and has great facilities. We will absolutely stay again next week for our festive family break.
