Ideal place to stay for central Nottingham

10 minutes away from the trainstation and city centre. You have a Tesco's next door and a few bars. When card keys for hotel was not working the receptionist was helpful fixing it. Only one thing missing was the television remote

We made our booking long before the time and checked in online. We arrived at the hotel but to be told they are overbooked and they have to take us to another hotel out of town. We came for my daughter graduation and plan to stay close to the university. We need to be compensated. This is unfair

Location is brilliant very central only problem it was so noisy trams and revellers till early hours. Had to move rooms cos it smelt of sick.the staff were really nice and moved us straight away but other room was a little smelly maybe the cleaner could get some frabeeze.
