When I checked in, the desk clerk (Ms. Wendy) was very cordial and made both me and my wife feel very welcome. I had a second visit to the office the next night for assistance and again Ms. Wendy did everything she could to assist me. Were I in a business working with the public,I would try to hire her away. She is an asset to Super 8.

Someone was using a grocery shopping cart to clean the rooms, and it was very loud when going down the breezeway early in the morning. Maybe use a cart with plastic wheels?

Not A Good Experience

I needed to add a day to my reservation but was told by Syed with Hotels.com, that I needed to make a new reservation and the property would allow us to combine both Reservations. Well that was not true. The property manager was going to make me and my family check out and have to come back to check in at 3pm. So if I wanted to stay in the room, it was going to cost me $35. Then the manager said he would give me $10 off and I had to pay $25 to be able to stay in the room. Very Disappointed with this situation and property. Will not be staying here again and may not use Hotels.com if this is how members are treated. Lorena P. With Hotels.com was very helpful and resolved the issue I had when I contacted Hotels.com. I hope someone contacts me to try to help resolve my issue and make sense of what happened that I was told the wrong information. Thank you for your response in advance.
