The room was nice and clean but it smelled terrible. The smell was of where someone smoked weed in there. It was like a cat piss or skunk smell. I didn't realize it smelled so bad and strong util I came in at 3am from the casino and my husband and son were in bed asleep or else I would have called and complained and demanded we be moved. The Casino slots were very tight and I lost money so therefore I won't be coming back. There are too many out there where you can at least come out ahead this one is not one of them.

I was unhappy at check-in. After reserving and paying more for a smoking room, there were none available. Clerk didn't seem particularly apologetic about it. Then due to renovations, only 1 of 4 elevators to our floor (17) were working. Long wait of 10 to 15 minutes to go up and down to the casino. I would like a refund for the $8-9 additional charge for the smoking room we booked and did not get after like 12 hours on the road!

I booked a non smoking room. The hotel said I booked a smoking room and even after showing her the booking, they charged me $59. I think hotels.com owed me some money.
