Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
booked 2 nghts for 2 people. Only had towels for 1 night. Requested more at desk. Said they would drop off that night. Never brought any. Went to desk first thing in the morning requested 2nd time. Told housekeeper mgr. would bring up at 7:00. Never received and so we just checked out early. When we arrived air cond. did not work (hot!). Maintenance did take care of pretty quickly. Our comforter had big black burn hole in it and was also supposed to be non smoking room yet had an ash tray. Also had some broken plastic pieces on carpet so assumed did not vaccum. You must use keys for elevator to work. Ours (both of them) failed the first night....back to the registration desk we went and they re-issued. Cocktail waitress NEVER came around in those 2 days and we where always playing the slots, but I did see them servicing the tables. Very un-happy about our accomodations when we where their to celebrate our 26 yr. anniversary. We will not stay here again.
