"It was “ok”. Staff was nice, they helped me get into my room early. However when I went into the room, the walk in shower had two strands of someone else’s hair in it and areas of the tile grout were black. The sink stopper was broken and wouldn’t lift up when pushing the lever down. The only way to lift it was to manually touch it by putting your hand in the dirty water to lift it up. There was also dirt on the flooring near the balcony door."

"What a great place to stay especially for the price! My kids loved the pool. We came to Phoenix for a volleyball tournament, it was a great location to get to downtown but far enough away that we could enjoy ourselves and not be on top of each other. Host was easy to work with too, thank you!"

"There's so much to say about Willy's Inn, this place was everything I was hoping for and more. I'd reserved the stay for my boyfriends birthday for somewhere with privacy and/or a lack of judgement so we could relax and party out a little bit, and this place was perfection. We had a guest join for some pool-time, and they also loved the spot. The rules/info are concise yet thorough for everything you need. Plus, Bill goes above and beyond for you to not feel like you're forgotten anything. Check in was a breeze, had our quick introduction with Bill, and went right to enjoying the casita. You can see every single detail made into the decor and layout of the backyard that sets your vibe just right. My boyfriend and I hadn't ever taken part into the option to opt-out of clothing before, but absolutely did here after getting settled, and it did absolutely feel freeing and natural. Will be coming here again for sure!"
