The property was run down and dirty. We were given a room that had a missing seal along the bottom of the door, such that we could see bugs crawling into the room. I complained and asked for a different room (which they did at least do), but added as an explanation/excuse for the bugs that "Well, we are in the mountains".

Property was affordable but there are reasons why. Grounds, offices and rooms are extremely outdated. Our room had ceiling cracks and water stains. The towel rack and ironing board holder were both coming out of the wall. Our room was also filled with ants. We advised the front desk and housekeeping about it and nothing was done. We had to pull off the comforter because of the ants. No help from staff. We do not recommend.

This place is a dump! Very run down. When I pulled up the hotel did not look like it does in the photo and per the girl at the front desk the photos that are online are from years ago and not current. The front office spelt so bad of moldI and mildew smell everything was very old in the front lobby very uninviting and had to go to the bathroom on the side of the building which was disgusting . I could not take a chance of bringing my child in the room due to severe asthma. Expedia did NOT advocate this problem for me . I did not get a refund for the 5 days I paid prior to arriving. I then turned around on the same day booked 5 days with a different hotel and had to also pay for that hotel. Expedia has failed me with this one and also this hotel is a rundown dump! Very misleading by the photos posted online

My room was very nasty! Had ants crawling all over the floor I had to go buy bug spray! The pictures on the internet is not what we walked into definitely false advertising! I will never stay at this property again!

My family and I had a great experience. Air conditioner was not working when we got there. I let the front desk know and they were quick to the room and got it replaced. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Location was great. We will be back. I do wish they had an area with a grill.

The room was clean and great for us. Has a great breakfast but the earlier you can get in there the better as far as the crowd. You can take your food back to your room or there's an outside area good for eating or just relaxing. If you have trouble walking you will have to walk up about 6 stairs. The only issue I had was one of the beds was terrible and had me hurting all night but I used the other bed the next night and it was good. It is a nice place.

It was quiet. Beds were comfortable. The place was relatively clean but it is old and is in disrepair. The property is in need of some help. Very rusty hand rails, rock walls falling apart by the pool. Plants growing out of the gutters. Elevator works but creaks a lot (kind of sketchy). Main office has a very weird smell (not the greatest 1st impression).
