Everyone was nice but somebody that clean our room up took my husband Ray.ban case with his glasses in it out the room. I told the desk assistant about it and he told me they will ask housekeeping but his glasses never was found .

The hotel was nice, clean and the complimentary breakfast was nice as well as the pool and hot tub. My only complaint would be the room we stayed in the front door was hard to open and the bathroom door it took a little but to get it to shut. Overall the room was nice but smaller than expected but I would stay again. All of the hotel employees we interacted with was very friendly.

It’s a must to go with a river side room. While you may not be on top of Gatlinburg's beautiful mountains, that river side rooms… you want Miss a thing! Plus you don’t have to drive anywhere unless you want to. Will be back!
