We booked a room with a water view for one night and was very happy. Friendly staff upon check in, very helpful and lovely. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was awesome! Really wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

I loved my stay at Novotel it was in an ideal position close to everything I needed the staff so lovely and helpful breakfast was great, and they surprised me with a bottle of wine and cake fir my birthday , such a thoughtful gesture thank you George

Cairns Colonial Club Resort
Excellent accommodation — clean, tidy, and the amenities are very good. The only point to note was the bed. I booked a king bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable for a couple due to the large gap between the mattresses.

Very tired but clean room. The view was excellent and the size of the room was good. Breakfast was quite basic but tasty. I approached a staff member during breakfast for a couple of extra serviettes and her response was " well you could have gotten them from over there" as she pointed to the desk ...
