Yes, the room was spotless. Sadly, the house keeping staff neglected to do their job to the best of the ability. Eg no bath mats were left and for couple of nights the toilet paper was not replaced.

Last 2 stays and last night I noticed a few little baby cockroaches everywhere. Not sure if it's because of he weather change but I ant have them crawling around. Although the staff who checked us in was great and made the direction to our room very clear by pointing out which carpark was best and what block from thereour room was in. No one has made it so simple like that before out of all the times I've been there. He did great job

We enjoyed our stay. The pool area was lovely. Flamingos was very quick with the meals and good .staff were nice. Rooms although basic are very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

This property caters to families… kids everywhere. There buildings/rooms are old but clean. No breakfast available on site. Located a fair bit from town. You must take a taxi or bus to get downtown.

The good part: staff super friendly. The not so good part, no convenient store near by, things are expensive onsite. No complimentary cotton swab as a 4 star should, but charged me $3 for a small pack. Water is expensive too. Also room is quite old, a lot of small insects in the room.

The staff dont show much enthusiasm, bar and restaurant staff seem untrained and less than helpful. Guests were asking other guests to buy them drinks or give them $10.00 so they could buy a drink. This hotel was once the place to go to, now, sadly, its not a great place ti stay. Will not book a stay there in the future.
