Great service, wonderful location

Staff were excellent and hotel is located in a prime position near the marina. Buffet breakfast catered for all the dietary options included GF. Executive lounge staff were incredible and looked after all our requests.

Great location to Marina, restaurants and shops. They need a bellman that will actually offer to help you with bags. Stayed at hotel twice in Cairns in between two dive boat liveaboards. First time, petite desk clerk helped us bags. Second time, the bellman just watched us loading up cart. We complained to front desk again. First room had a wet musty carpet. Second room was better. Hilton owner needs a remodel of this tired old hotel.

Great location ! Close to some excellent restaurants, easy walk to the Cbd. The building is becoming a little tired and could do with sprucing up. The rooms were great apart from the watering system.
