Thank you Bohemia resort! It was such a beautiful resort that me and my kids enjoyed. Especially the pool and everyone was friendly. Definitely be back when we visit Cairns again.

Tired, old and mouldy

This is a tired property. There was mould on the walls, the water went off during the stay with communication as to how long until it would come back on. The walls are paper thin, and the water pipes bang and rattle whenever someone in the building was using their water. I ended up leaving a day early and giving up the money I paid for that night.

Very limited parking for amount of rooms available. Rooms and facilities felt like it was a hostel. Receptionist upon arival was rude and offered no assistance. Bed was coatsd in black long hairs, bar fridge appeared to be 20 years old and falling apart and found 3 cockroaches within the room. I didnt even want to stay in the room at all so i camped in my car for the night. There are plenty of other places around, DO NOT USE THIS ONE! Only recieved partial refund that was the worst thing.....

The staff were very kind and helpful, but the internet didn't work in the rooms. The place was pretty run down and in need of some bleach to get the mildew and mold off the walls. It was more like a run-down, neglected, hostel than a resort hotel.

I ignored the bad reviews and found this hotel to be very decent while being very budget friendly. Good hidden gem, even cheaper than the so called backpacker places. Booked a room with an ensuite.

The staff were lovely. It needs money spent on maintenance, power cleaning everywhere and all balconies are filthy. This will need extra professional cleaning staff to come in and work on this full time at least for 2 weeks and with the correct equipment before it goes beyond repair and cleaning.
