Honest review:When you first walk in there is a distinct musty smell. I’m not sure if this is good or not but we did become nose blind to it after while and didn’t notice it as much. When we got there we noticed that the refrigerator didn’t seem to be working. The guidebook/app says to wait 12 hours for it to cool down and to buy ice to cool food. Thankfully, we waited because the next morning it still wasn’t working. We notified Brooks & Shorey and someone came out and couldn’t fix it. They did arrange for a backup refrigerator to be brought in for us to use. We wound up use DoorDash to get some food in because we (we didn’t rent a car) had to wait for the fridge to cool down. The unit itself is need of a really good scrubbing. It’s a very spacious condo, the furniture and beds are comfortable. The balcony and view are just as pictured.
