¡Bienvenido a las hermosas playas de la isla de Okaloosa! ¡No obtendrá una mejor vista del hermoso golfo y las aguas verde esmeralda que desde nuestro balcón del quinto piso! ¡Las puestas de sol también son impresionantes! Ofrecemos un condominio muy espacioso y confortable de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD, acceso a la terraza y fabulosas vistas al océano. El baño principal tiene dos tocadores, ducha y bañera de hidromasaje. También hay un amplio vestidor. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana con DVD y acceso a la sala de baño. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama litera con una cama doble en la parte inferior y una cama individual en la parte superior. También cuenta con TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. El baño del pasillo tiene una bañera de tamaño completo con ducha. La sala de estar cuenta con dos sofás nuevos de tamaño completo (uno para dormir) con puertas de vidrio de piso a techo que le permiten disfrutar de hermosas vistas del agua verde esmeralda del golfo. Tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas con DVD. El comedor tiene una mesa con capacidad para seis y 3 taburetes en la barra de la cocina. La cocina cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con una gran despensa. Está totalmente equipado para cocinar y disfrutar de todas las comidas si no quiere cenar en uno de los fabulosos restaurantes de la zona. También hay una lavadora y secadora de carga frontal de tamaño completo en la unidad. ¡La gran terraza tiene 4 sillas altas que le permiten ver el hermoso agua y las puestas de sol con una bebida de su elección! ¡Nuestra unidad tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de unas vacaciones maravillosas y relajantes!

Our favorite place to stay

This was our third time staying at the Water’s Edge property. We love the location and the amenities offered, especially the pool. Kitty’s communication was wonderful throughout the booking process throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying in Ft Walton. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We loved being right on the beach and enjoyed the pool that never felt crowded. Kitty was great through the booking process with answering any questions that I had. We can’t wait to come back again!

AMAZING

This is the second time we have stayed at Kitty and Marks condo! It is absolutely amazing. They take great care of the property and are very easy to deal with. The condo always has everything we need and is always very clean. I also love how spacious it is! The view from the balcony is breath taking! We will be booking this condo again soon for next year! Beautiful Emerald Coast

Our stay at Water’s Edge was amazing! Checking in/out went seamlessly, Kitty was very attentive to our time here and awesome to work with! The condo was clean, very comfortable and kitchen well stocked to make us feel at home! Views from the balcony became our favorite place to enjoy the sunsets as it dipped into the gulf…daily walks on the beach looking for treasures and the waves crashing are memorable moments! Escaping WI weather and soaking up the sun on the Emerald Coast is what we needed to recharge our souls…We look forward to returning ♥️

Summer Family Vacation

The condo and view were beautiful! It was our family vacation for our family of 5, and we had room to spread out and relax. The furniture is very comfortable and updated from the photos. The balcony is the perfect spot for looking for dolphins and listening to the waves. The setting is beautiful, and the beach chair/umbrella service included feels like a luxury! The ocean is so clear!

The Best Condo by far!!!

Everything from the start of the booking was awesome! Kitty was very helpful and easy to work with. The Condo and location were perfect. The condo has everything that you could need and the space was great. Our family had the Best time and we have already booked for next June. We have been vacationing in this area for over 9 years and THIS IS THE BEST CONDO! The Beach chairs were perfect since I am required to stay out of the sun. A very good plus to the stay. The pools were very nice and the grandkids spent several hours in them! The condo was well designed and tons of sitting spaces.We also loved the pantry area! We can’t wait to return! Thank you Kitty🤗👍

Ft. Walton Beach Girls Trip

We had 6 ladies stay at this property on the beach in Ft Walton. The condo was clean and as described it appears to have been updated recently. It was a very comfy space for the 6 of us with a breathtaking view of the ocean. There were many cups of coffee and glasses of wine shared along with good conversation from the balcony. We also enjoyed the beach service included with the condo, when we made our way to the beach we had 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas waiting for us. We enjoyed several local restaurants for dinner each night and also took a trip to the Gulfarium and walked through the Veterans Park Rookery to see the Herons in their natural habitat. The owner, Kitty, was very responsive and it was evident she wanted us to enjoy our vacation. Hope to return again in the future and stay at this condo.

Excellent room for a family

The entire process, from the initial request to book, to the check in/out was a breeze. Kitty sent all information ahead of time as promised and even texted me the day of check in to let me know the room was available a few hours early if we were already in town. The 4 chair/2 umbrella beach setup that was included was a nice bonus. The views from the room were beautiful. The in-unit washer and dryer are a must for us when traveling and the location of the room was convenient to the elevator as well. The hosts have made sure to provide a nice supply of everything you’ll need (towels, extra bedding, dish soap, pots, pans etc.) to feel comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. If you have a large family this unit is a great option. Thanks again to the hosts for sharing their little slice of paradise.

Amazing condo, beautiful view

We had an amazing time in our condo at Waters Edge. It was beautiful and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. We even seen dolphins several days. Kitty was amazing to work with. Check in was easy and the condo was perfect for our family. We hope to stay here in the future. We love Okaloosa Island and will definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful!

Not a single complaint here! We enjoyed our long holiday weekend stay and will be back next year! The unit is easily accessible, very clean, and very well stocked with all things you could need. It is very short access to the beach and pool. Perfect for a family with children!
