"Our hotel room was on the 4th floor, and we had a loud HVAC system sounded like construction was outside. As well our ceiling in the bathroom started to leak, and then really started to leak our bathroom floors where soaked. I had a friend with me he almost fell as it was 5 am in the morning. We only got comped for 1 day out of our 5 day vacation. Pretty unfortunate! And no food comps either. "
