No Bell staff. Everything closed early. We couldn’t get water at 10:00 pm except the vending machines. They charged 5.00 bottle on the credit card. Valet was very friendly. Desk staff not so much

Worst hotel experience ever. Cut my leg on something sharp protruding from the bed frame. Called the front desk, complete lack of concern not even an apology. Terrible outdated rooms. Had staff living there and was right above me. Like they were dancing all day/night. Staff took up the good parking even the no parking zones. In my two week stay the law enforcement was called there twice
