This hotel is showing its age. We had problems sleeping in the hard bed. The toliet was right next to the bathroom sink, so it was difficult to do either task. The bathroom fan had a high pitched sound to it and it was always on! The window AC/heater unit had a high pitched sound as well. Between the bed and sounds, it was difficult to sleep. No extra bedding that we could find. We did like the space in the separate sitting room. We did like that we were close to the elevator.

Receptionist was very nice, gave me a map of things nearby to do and $10 off any entree at lazy dog. Love that your hotel has a hot tub we utilized it, not many hotels have a hot tub anymore. That amenity is the reason we will be back for a weekend stay 😌

Great stay

Stayed for 6 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was much appreciated and offered several daily options. It’s close to the Southlands shopping center and has many dining options as well. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

We were initially issued a room that had a strong drainage stink. There was note of plumbing issue being fixed so they should have ensured room was ready for use, it was not. New room was issued right away but I had to go get key instead of someone bringing it to me and ensuring the 2nd room was better. Water pressure from shower was so excessively strong that it hurt. Plus, since there was no shower liner, it forced water onto floor making a wet mess.
