Staff was lovely. Friendly and allowed me early check in. Clean and comfortable room. Free transportation to the airport is so helpful. 2/3 broken elevators was not ideal and the staircase was kinda gross. But that’s minor.

I noticed on our initial elevator ride to the 6th floor that the elevator was not functioning correctly. Loud noises from the machinery itself and the doors are very slow to open. Then later that evening 2 of the 3 were out of service, leaving only the one I was worried the most about still in service. They were all functioning as best they could the next day BUT that night ALL 3 were out of order. Leaving me and several other guests to climb the 12 flights of stairs to get to our room.

Property was clean and well maintained. Parking was plentiful and easily accessible. Room was quiet and clean as well, however the bed was not at all comfortable. We stayed for 3 days and I now need a chiropractic adjustment :-( Breakfast was $16 for a “buffet” that other hotels include as complimentary. Did not realize the other amenities the property.

Staff was friendly and responsive and the room was clean and prepared. The complimentary breakfast for 3 days was solid and they rotated some foods as so you would not get tired of it. Any other small things about the room/stay I could mention would only be nitpicking and not worth downgrading from 5 stars to 4. Will probably stay here again and try out the pool.

Parking a full size suv was challenging in the limited lighting areas in the parking lot. The lady who works overnight is very nice and helpful. I had checkout this morning around 4am after leaving the property my daughter realized she left her watch, so I returned back to double tree and my daughter was able to get her watch. Thank you so much 😊

Hotel was nice. Food at the Jackdaw was typical bar food but with an Irish spin like the Reuben sandwich egg rolls. Room was spacey. Only used on my nose but the TP was rough and used when the Kleenex ran out. TV wasn't good. No way to cast from phone unless you bring an adapter and even then it won't work. Don't download the StayConnect app either unless you need a backup remote for the tv that lets you know the channel numbers. They charge 17 bucks for breakfast, which I wasn't aware of when looking to get breakfast upon waking up. I was told the wrong information, which was unfortunate and I never received the breakfast. Bummer. Bed and pillows were nice. AC was good. Refrigerator was incredibly loud when running. It sounded like water flowing in a fountain. Microwave sounded like an MRI machine (very loud). There weren't enough plugs for the coffee maker (coffee was not good at all) so the machine had to be plugged into the microwave where it kept shorting the fuse until it finally worked. Cookies were very good. Parking was fine. They had patrolling security that monitored the hotel and lot. Lobby was nice. Pool would've been cool if it was usable but it wasn't due to a huge gathering/conference/party that overtook the pool and hot tub and made it their own until closing. Was way too many people and it would've been nice to know this was occurring prior to booking but it wasn't even mentioned day of or at any time during my stay. Overall the stay was ok.
