Property is amazing. Room was freezing cold and heat didn’t go above 64. Warmer in the hallways than inside room. Asked for extra blanket 2 times and fell asleep with 3 layers of clothes on to stay warm. Charged for Valet even though I used once and nobody was there when I returned at 11:05 and was still charged 2 days of valet. Staff member who checked me out was the rudest person I came across. Told him about the valet charge and he still charged me.
