Our room had no heat. They moved us to another room and that room had no heat. But it was so late when we got there we didn’t move to another room cause of how late it was. The staff was great. And very nice.

The hotel needs serious upgrades. Mold in the shower. Weird smell in my room. The do they need to clean my room. They left towels, but some of them were terribly and should not have been put into someone’s room. My TV only worked the first night and only started working because I had to plug. It never worked again during my whole day. I knew that there was nothing about any of this so I ended up checking out a day early to go stay with a friend because I cannot deal with this anymore. I won’t ever be coming back.

Great room. Bed was excellent for my back. Only complaint it the fact that there was an individual Kcup machine in the kitchen area. Only problem was there wasn't an outlet to plug the machine into. Also they service the room every three days and there were only enough kcups for one day. Also there was some road noise do the the location of the hotel

Reception staff on all shifts were excellent: knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant. item in lobby shop were comprehensive. . Washer/dryer available, clean, apparentjy in good repair. I chose not to use bc of skin allergy to the stocked variety of detergent. Television service in two rooms rented for my party both had no sound. Inspected but not repaired by staff on second day of two-day stay. One coffee maker failed; its replacement didn’t work. No coffee available in lobby—an amenity I missed dearly!

The room did not have toiletries because the hotel was out. The room was not stocked with towels and it wasn't vacuumed very well. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.
