Where do I want to start first when we arrived there were people standing all outside and in the hallway smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol and trash was all over the place I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel and the room smells like an ashes tray I asked for a non smoking room and it smells like a casino smells I asked for a different room and I got one but the key was not working and it was on the third floor and was called the front desk and had to wait thirty minutes in the dark with our luggage and we just gave up and went back to the office and decided to leave and go to a different hotel but the guy at the office said we could not get out money but because we paid online so he gave us another room and when we got to that room and open the door someone was sleeping in the bed who didn’t belong there what a shocking surprise that was so he finally gave us a vacant room but in there were no bedding or toiletries no soap the phone was covered in dust the only good thing was the television and air conditioning I am so unhappy with this stay I from now on I’m going to probably use a different route when I made a reservation

The property is in a horrible condition. Visibly dirty. No hot water. Walls are damaged. Full of roaches. Very bad environment. This is a cheap motel, not a hotel. Seems many criminals frequent this property. Outright dangerous.

The property setting doesn’t feel safe, homeless individuals were camped close to the property. The majority of the clientele were questionable. Rooms were dirty and not welcoming.

The condition of the hotel is in bad shape my room look like someone been living there they didn’t even change the sheets on the bed it was disgusting the bathroom shower dirty towels were dirty. I had to ask for remote control because when I was in the room didn’t work I had asked for a blanket because there wasn’t one of the bed.

This was by far the worse place I have ever stayed. There were burn holes EVERY WHERE! Comforter, nightstand floor. This was a non smoking room! The floors hadn't been swept in I don't know how long. Has a kichenette that was filthy. Doesn't come with plastic cups. No ice bucket. Nothing. Motorcycle gang outside the hotel yelling at someone inside. Power tools running all night kept all of us awake. We had a layover, it was late. My broken full bed. We were tired so we stayed but never ever again will we book at one of these places. Shame on them for charging so much and being that disgusting!!

My reservation was not honored. I arrived at about 9:00 pm, and there were about 15 other persons in the parking lot outside the office whose reservations also were not being honored. No rooms were available. There was no company representative on the property -- only a security guard.

Dirty. In a bad area with a lot of druggies. Key cards didnt work. No tp or soap. I was only in the rm for 5 hours and that alone was terrible. Considered sleeping in my truck and regretted not spending $200 more on another hotel. Very sketchy. Very bad jist baaaaaadd.

The hotel overbooked and had no room to fulfill my reservation. They blamed Travelocity and said they cancelled my reservation. Reservation was not cancelled until after I left and it was done by the hotel. Travelocity was great. Refunded my money and gave me a credit.
