Charming Carriage House in Capital Hill

Enjoy my cozy, convenient and recently remodeled space, located just a few blocks from Cheesman Park, the Denver Botanic Garden, the Colorado State Capital, Molly Brown House, Downtown Denver, Restaurants, Bars, Concert Halls, and much more. The Carriage House is located in one of Denver's most charming neighborhoods, just a few moments walk from the Governor's mansion, Governor's Park and some of Denver's most popular restaurants.

The guesthouse is on the second floor of my carriage house and has a private entrance. The guesthouse is full of charm, and resides within Capital Hill's beautiful historic Governor's Park, 7th Street neighborhood. Have a hotel experience, while feeling like a Denver native. The fully stocked kitchen has its own dishwasher and the HDTV has full cable, including HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. Although I do not allow smoking indoors, you may do so on the porch. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, my space is sure to suit your needs.

Great kitchen. Some breakfast items available in the fridge, which was very nice. The availability of space heaters was helpful. This apartment is not a fit for those who can't easily walk up stairs. Everything was clean and matched the photos. Some fun renovations were done.

The carriage house was clean and the host offered a few local goodies (eggs, cream, bagels with butter and jam), which was a nice touch. The host communicated well. There were a few small things that could be improved, which I shared with the host privately. (I also noticed that another reviewer mentioned that the blinds need to be replaced). Overall this is a good spot if you want to stay in a neighborhood in Denver.

What a great place and location. Carriage House was super comfortable and well equipped and offered privacy from the main house. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around in and I felt very safe walking back after dark. Very convenient to Cheesman Park and Denver Botanic Gardens as well as restaurants. Unfortunately, several of the restaurants that I wanted to try are closed on Sunday and Monday. :-( The host was very responsive to my questions.

Cutest Carriage House in Central Denver

This carriage house was adorable! The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The house was charming, fairly easy to find, and located just a few minutes away from everywhere we were planning to visit. We will definitely be booking with them again next time we stay in Denver!

Cute treehouse in a great neighborhood, close to big-city adventures

We loved how well stocked the kitchen was, taking our dog for walks in the beautiful, residential neighborhood (the governors residence was a few blocks), and being so close to coors field (15 min uber at prime time), venues on Colfax, & the botanic gardens (5 min drive). It was a great little spot to use as home base for Denver adventures, & we would absolutely stay here again.

It was great stay for few days in Denver after our ski trip. Walkable to sandwich shop, Mexican food, coffee shop. I recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in a more quiet and residential area of central Denver

I highly recommend this place everything went so smooth. They were really attentive to all are needs and questions, the space is cozy and beautiful in a residential area. I had an amazing stay here and for sure will be booking again with them again.
