This was the perfect house for our needs. We had 2 of our adult children and our 3rd adult child came over with his family since he lived in the area. The downstairs area was open for the kids to hangout, play Switch and fuzzball, and for our family to do our Christmas. The boys also hung out in the garage/game room a bunch.
