7th Floor Gulf Front Condo - Family Friendly Facility

Unit 711 Nature lovers, Dauphin Island and this Holiday Isle unit is for you. Luxury Gulf-front, this unit is on the top floor in the center of the building, directly over the outside pool. It is one of two units that has an outside entrance to the 7th floor lobby. This lobby has a very large sitting area, and a large plate glass window that has a very pretty view of the bridge, and entrance to Dauphin Island. It is very handy for handicap, and older people, as in my wife and my case. We have Wi Fi, cable TV, and a large CD collection. This 7th floor condo sleeps 6 in a 2BR/2BA unit. Master bedroom has a King bed and balcony access. 2nd bedroom has a queen Bed. There is also a Queen Sofa Sleeper.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, bubble tub in master bath with separate shower.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.
