The suite was big and clean. We did get an outdated room so the picture shown was not a true reflection. Either way location was great and within walking distance to downtown lake Geneva. Pool area was also clean and relaxing for a Sunday morning dip.

Clean room. The only bad thing was that the Grand Geneva Hotel makes sure to let you know that they are only there to check you in nothing else. We were there for three nights, and nobody ever came to take garbage or anything.

Great trip overall. The rooms were perfect and the staff was outstanding friendly, helpful, and attentive. The only downside was that the resort felt crowded at times and there weren’t enough pool floats. Still a very enjoyable stay and we’d return.

Room was clean but really need updates feels weird Atmosphere bed not comfortable at all.. my kid was so excited to get in the pool we pay for a night and they told us the pool was not in service we were very disappointed they still charge us full service.
