I waited 2 hours for the shuttle to pick me up. They were helpful. Shower water splashing flooded bathroom floor. Worst of all they falsely advertise free breakfast. There was none. When I asked about it, I was told the free breakfast was coffee and juice.

Rooms aren’t thoroughly clean. Roach was found upon arrival. It was below freezing and icy in Dallas, but they offered cold coffee and luke warm water for tea. Breakfast is a breakfast bar from gas station. Staff was more incriminating than welcoming.
