Great view, walkable to several places, came with appliances which was great. Few downsides: -Lack of signage to where to park even though they charge $30 a night to park -the elevators were extremely scary. They were creaking and shaking. Felt like we were going to fall at any minute.

The staff downstairs during the day was nice. Keep in mind these are not like hotel concierge. There were no extra blankets. I requested blankets bc the ones on the bed are thin. They sent me on a wild goose chase to find an "extra supply closet" on another floor in the middle of the night to try to find blankets. The "closet" was an empty hutch with a bowl of laundry pods and dishwasher pods on it. Never died get any blankets. The customer service person I was texting ghosted me after that. The header over the window shade was filthy. My husband wiped it to see if it was rusted and whatever that was wiped off so it was just dirty. Parking was interesting. Overall the proximity to our concert and the view were its redeeming grace.

Came to check in at 3 pm as per instructions. Young girl in the room. Later discovered to be the housekeepers daughter. Housekeeper said it would take 2.5 hrs (!!)to clean an already clean room. As a result had to wait longer to enter our room. Less than ideal start but everything else was great.

Crazy busy parking garage (there was a Stars game) and bad sequence to park the car first, then grab the fob inside, and only then park overnight. Once everything was sorted, spectacular experience. But the first impression was chaotic.

I did not need to use the laundry service as i was only here for one night but it was nice to have it available. There probably were shops nearby but i didn't really take notice of all that was in the area. We got here shortly before a concert, picked up keys, went to the concert, walked back to the building, and ordered Doordash.
