The entire hotel smells muggy, moldy, and unbreathable. The hallways have a thick, damp odor that makes you feel like you might get sick if you don’t have a strong immune system. My room had the same moldy smell and felt far from clean it just gave off an overall dirty, neglected vibe. I was extremely tired from driving nonstop from the East Coast and just needed a place to rest, so I fell asleep right after checking in. The next morning, I went to shower before leaving only to find a huge roach crawling in the bathtub. The tub itself looked disgusting and should honestly be replaced altogether. At that point, I went to the front desk to complain, but since I booked through Expedia, I had to contact them directly. Expedia refunded me $6.92 a 10% refund which is almost laughable given the condition of this place. This hotel needs to be inspected and shut down. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It deserves zero stars.

Property not well maintained. Very dirty and disgusting carpets, inside the room with lots of stains. Room carpet was terrible. Walls were peeling off, from room all the way to the elevator.

Hot tub didn't work but I should've called to confirm that, floors felt damp, the air conditioner was loud and didn't work super well for Texas heat. The walls were chipped with paint and there was nasty gunk in the windows. The whole place smelt funky and only one elevator. Staff was nice

This property is fair if you are looking to cut costs. The town the hotel was in was wonderful, Addison felt very safe and had a variety of good dining options, nightlife and retail shops. Upon entry to the hotel the staff was nice, easy to work with, and helpful. We had no issues with the staff who helped us our trip. One morning we were even late to the breakfast time and the staff was more than willing to help us out and let us grab some food to take to our room. When we got in our room however we noticed a few issues, crickets in the room along with other flies/ small bugs. We also noticed the bathroom/ walls were starting to peel and hallways had some missing light fixtures that were not kept up. The hallways smelled smokey for a majority of our trip. Lastly we were quite disappointed that the hot tub was closed, as that was one of our main amenities that we were looking for with a hotel. Overall, it was affordable, the room was comfortable but if your looking for much more than that you might want to continue searching.
