DO NOT BOOK HERE. DIRTY. When we checked into the hotel, our room had not been made, which was incredibly frustrating. The staff was not only unhelpful but arrogant and blatantly lied when we raised concerns instead of offering any real help. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were severely lacking. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Not the best stay

I really wanted to enjoy my stay here. I looked at the reviews and multiple options before staying. The price seemed right and I was excited to try the hot tub (but it was broken). I left disappointed due to some issues that could use improvements. Wish I could've enjoyed Pros: -The hotel was clean and I was very thankful for that. -Housekeeping will make sure they clean as soon as you checkout, seem to be on top of the rooms. Staff was nice and I made sure to leave my room clean when I left. -Front desk is available at night. -The area didnt seem bad and they have a little store with food available all day/night. -Housekeeping and maintenance seem to want to work on getting things fixed. -Maintenance guy seems fun and welcoming personality. Cons: -Rooms could use some modern upgrades and renovations. -Bathtub had some chipped paint and the light for the mirror was not working. -Hot-tub is currently broken, wish I knew prior to booking. -Was not able to get any sleep between the hours of 2 AM-6 AM since the upstairs neighbors were thumping like elephants. I put in earplugs, yet even then I could feel the vibrations of their thumping footsteps for several hours. Not sure why they were up so early and were so loud! -Bed is very firm, little give and not the most comfortable. -Curtains are not blackout curtains. Curtains are very thin and let in lots of sunlight. -Staff is nice, but front desk may or may not be present and you may have to wait to be assisted.

Terrible Staff.

Front desk staff was awful. Windows on first floor open. Opened the window and went out the window (my fault for doing). Low level front desk staff stated they were keeping my deposit for incidentals for doing so. Incidentals are for damages. Will be speaking to GM Monday. Terrible staff. All of staff were not at all friendly. Breakfast lady, housekeeping front desk all terrible attitudes. Maintenance was only good one

The swimming pool was ice cold, so cold you couldn't swim. The hot tub didn't work, that was the only reason i chose this location, because my kids like to swim. And i like to use the hot tub for my back i suggested it to the manager. To update the website, he got upset and told me he could give me a refund the follow day. I told him i wasn't going to loom at the last minute for another hotel, also we could smell weed in the hotel, and we also witness people smoking ourside the hotel

The hotel is really outdated. The beds was comfortable and clean. The lobby and carpet was dirty. The pool area is not the cleanest also. I would not recommend for a family with kids. The staff was ok but we really didn’t need anything other than towels.
