The quality of the property has diminished throughout the years. We asked to switch rooms due to the floor being air dried upon arrival. Our second room towels had hair embedded in them, the carpet had multiple stains in it, the mattress was worn and there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. The location was convenient, the staff was cordial and there was a language barrier with another staff member.

This was my first time staying at this property, it was a great experience and was excellent. Location was wonderful and staff was great. There was no botheration from anyone it felt like my own private place. I traveled with kids and space was also great. The cleanliness was also wonderful and beds were so comfortable. Unprofessional Manager Renee Scott

Worst experience with the manager Renee Scott. We are a family of 6 with a toddler and a newborn checking in on 4th of July. Apparently there was festivity that night that blocked the entire parking and we were not notified. As i was entering the parking lot she grabs my mirror and says i tried to run her over. There were people everywhere and she jumps out of the side and attaches to my car. Was not dressed in any attire that identified her as part of the staff of the hotel. Was literally a white shirt and shorts. Rolled down my window and she goes off that i hit her. Wife was with me and she had an earful. Most unprofessional way to act as a manager. She immediately told me she was going inside and cancel my reservation. I immediately tried to call Hyatt House and after 1 hour of on hold i got to someone that was going to have someone call me back. And they failed to do that as well. My wife emailed corporate as well and I have yet to receive an email as well. Ived stayed at this hotel a number of times. We will not be going back. I would still like to hear back from someone to voice my experiences.

Filthy, the carpet was broken, The first room had the disposal not working and had food in it and the TV changer was not working. The second room had the A/C broken and the compressor was not working. Then we moved to a third room where the dishwasher was liking badly on the floor of the kitchen and the carpet was filthy and broke like I show in the pictures . I don’t recommend it.

Disappointing s

The pool and the basketball court were the best things about this stay. The hotel is run down and in major need of a refresher. The breakfast was actually bad. Cold food, watery oatmeal, dirty tables, overflowing trash cans. The property was unkempt. Overgrown bushes and piles of leaves, trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Only 2 towels in room and lacking basic kitchen supplies, stove light out. Just not maintained. We always stay at Hyatts, but won’t stay at this one again.

When we arrived and checked in, I discovered that the room we had actually booked with two queen beds was not available. Chris was extremely helpful and courteous, but was not able to resolve our dilemma, as it appears to have been an issue with the type of room displayed on the website not being available at this location. The TV in the living area had no signal and the maintenance staff had left for the evening, so that was not rectified until the next day. The room was fine otherwise, however there was a bad odor coming from the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. I had also called before booking to confirm whether there was a hot tub on site, however for the duration of our stay, the heater for the hot tub was out of order. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but not able to resolve all of the problems with the property. I appreciate the staff, but would probably not book here again. I do feel that the issue with the type of booking (i.e. single king vs. two queens) is a communication issue between the booking website,hotels.com, and the property, that needs to be rectified, or other guests will continue to have the same issue.

The room itself is as pictured. Walls are thin, heard the people next to us. The blanket was disgusting. Maintenance had to come into our room in the middle of the day with a loud machine to fix a leak, did something to make the A/C click all night. Was hard To sleep. Checked out a day early. Informed the manager of the issues and said he would adjust my rate paid. It’s been 2 days and have not received any refund. Pictured is the blanket they had on the bed.
