The hotel clearly advertises that it provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. That is the only reason I booked this hotel, but it did not provide the shuttle in either direction. The shuttle driver was “unavailable” both times a ride was needed. The hotel name even mentions the airport. FALSE ADVERTISING! I had to pay for my own transportation. Either provide a free shuttle or take that amenity off of the hotel description. Travelocity should just take it off regardless. When you’re dealing with a cancelled flight, the last thing needed is dealing with a hotel that does not provide the service it advertises. Shameful.

Shuttle driver awesome

The airport shuttle is always on time, as a matter of fact, he gets there before to assure arrival at airport is on time. It doesn’t matter if it’s raining or cold, he is there to pick you up. He’s very nice and always helps place bags in the vehicle.

The room smelled like mildew. We couldn't sleep due to the smell and the bad headache we got and we got sick the rest of the next two days. We were there only for 1 night sleeping since it’s close the airport. The location is convenient but if you have respiratory problems or want a stay for more than 1 night do not go there.

Shuttle was on time. Room serves was horrible. The ac unit was noisy, there were roaches in the room. They served the same thing for breakfast everyday, plus the food was cold.
