Upon arrival the code that was sent to us through VRBO was incorrect. The female host was very rude when we had to contact them fir tge second time because the code she provided did not work. She then goes on to tell me that she couldn't come to see why the lock was not working because she had children. She then say her husband would be there to check it out. So I asked her what was her husband name so that we would know who would be pulling up on us at 11:00 p.m. at night. Then she goes on to ask me why am I asking that question. Either you want us to know your husband name or something happens when he walk up on us this time of the night. And I proceeded to tell her I have a husband and I don't want yours. You have our money so whoever needs to come see about this lock needs to get over here and see about it regardless of what time it is. And we should not have to continue to reach back out to you each time we leave the home and come back to get in and then the code is not working. That's nonsense. The guy that owns the house he was very apologetic about what happened and I'm sure that apologies came along with his wife acting the way that she did. Overall the house was okay
