For the price of a hotel room, you get an entire apartment with bedroom, living room, washer/dryer, and FULL kitchen included! Clean, spacious, and quiet...friendly staff...easy check in and check out. Private locked attached garage parking (separate fee). 4th street restaurants and Jack Casino are a block away...with Progressive Field and Rocket Fieldhouse just a few blocks away. Amazing! Will definitely stay again!

Roost was a perfect fit for our stay in Cleveland. It was a convenient walk to Rocket Mortgage Arena for a Cavs game. The room was spacious and clean and has several amenities. It has a full kitchen/dining/living area making it ideal for a happy hour! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We will definitely stay again, and we’ve already let friends and family know it’s the place to go!

I did not Like that neither bedroom had a tv and we are night tv watchers plus we have always had tvs when we stayed there. We were also missing linens and soap. Other than that we love it there and know we only want to stay in room 407.

Large apartment living- conveniently located to most venues and restaurants. Parking was a bit complicated and total cost after parking and pet fee was about double the cost from what I booked. Once I figured everything out, I was very pleased.
