Clean room, good location, friendly staff. All the important stuff was good. There were only two negatives. One, all of the doors except the front door were exit-only. That made it easy to go to the convention center but more difficult to get back. Two, there was a noticable odor of marijuana in the main hallway. The hallway our room was on and the room itself were fine though. In fact, Monday morning, when we left, the odor was gone. Probably a weekend thing.

The bedding had hair and stains on it. I got charged unexpected fees at check in. The lobby was dirty, so was the room. The hotel tried to charge my card before I even stayed/checked in and I have random fees charged on my card. I'm really upset to be charged for a cleaning/damages fee at check in. They didn't even tell me if I'd get that fee back. Went down to ask for new bedding but no one was at the desk each time. No phone in the room to call the front desk either.
Stain on the bedding and hair. Found it when checking for bugs. Disgusting.

Overall everything is very nice. The only two complaints are both kind of strange. Number one, the toilet is very low to the ground. Probably six to eight inches lower than normal. And the recliner that they have in the room looks very inviting but is broken in three different areas. Other than that very nice.

The room was in good to fair condition. Linens and towels were all clean but there was some damage to the bathroom door, noticeable wear and tear from time and use to some of the furniture, dirt in nooks and crannies between the walls and floor. It made me not want to sit in the dingy arm chair.
