In 1.5 hours, the shuttle never arrived at O´Hare. I stood in 22 degree weather with a windchill for all of that time.

Check in fast. The guy from the front desk was very nice, friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport is reliable and available at every half an hour. Overall a good experience. I’ll stay there again.

The plumbing needs work, the water in the shower wasn’t draining properly. The room wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. There was a weird smell as you entered the lobby. Overall, the property needs updating.

It was a brief stay, close to the rental car facility at O'Hare. We left at 4:30 am, so I can't really rate the breakfast or the sevice!

Airport shuttle and staff was great in general. Friendly and knowledgeable, and the airport shuttle service was prompt and quick to get me to and from the airport. The biggest issue was that the duvet cover in my room had a few pretty noticable stains that kind of grossed me out. I just took it off, and it was fine.
