This was for my 19th anniversary. We went to a wedding also kind of disappointed that I had to complain twice about only having cold water in my room.

Disappointing Stay in Room 614 My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Room 614 had an infestation of Asian lady beetles, which was unsettling and unacceptable. On top of that, the thermostat wires popped, causing a strong smoky smell, and the only solution offered was space heaters—definitely not a proper fix. We barely had any towels, and every request took forever to be fulfilled. To make matters worse, there were no towels available at the pool either. The overall service was frustratingly slow, making the stay far less enjoyable. I expected much better, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

I learn to NEVER booked online through a third party. When i booked the room it was supposed to be for 4 guests but when i arrived Expedia had me booked for 2 adults with an accessible room. Me nor any of my children are disabled. I was inconvenient and the hotel couldn't accommodate me because of Expedia. This was my daughter bday weekend and I had to eat the loss and find another hotel at last minute.

They charge for parking in their outdoor parking lot. If it was a covered garage I could stomach it, but I stay there a lot and every time I'm getting rained or snowed on while walking to the front entrance I get quite perturbed. However, it is a small inconvenience because the hotel is quite nice.
