booked room for 4 adults, was given towels for 2. could only get one more from the desk. towels are like sandpaper, tp is the thinnest possible. treated very rudely at breakfast by staff. was promised a 2 pm checkout but was harassed and threatened over dispute that we never were promised that. turns out heavy possible accent was the culprit: "TWO lve" instead of "twelve" pool non accessible. rooms facing the street must be very loud. luckily we were in even rooms not facing the street.

Can’t really too much complain due to a last minute decision, good price but the bathroom had ants everywhere dirty towels( good thing I always carry my own) toilet hasn’t been cleaned just a lack of care you can just tell that they just hired anyone to do the job, the room was just not clean or cleaned
