"Our stay was great from beginning to end. We were there early for our check-in time so we paid extra to get in our room. The room was cozy and although we did not have the Skytree view, we still had a beautiful view. Breakfast was amazing. We opted to include that in our booking. The day that we were going to Disney, they packed us some breakfast which we appreciate very much. It is very close to a train station, a mall, convenience stores and its ome of the hotels that are directly service by the airport limousine bus from both Haneda and Narita. It is also a Disney good neighbour hotel so they had a couple trips going to and coming back from the Parks. This hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely be back."

"Great hotel to visit the Tokyo Disney Resort. The monorail is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel, or they also offer a free shuttle service from outside the hotel which we utilised frequently. Great service from all the staff members. Room was very spacious and beds super comfortable. We also had a park view where you could see the fireworks in the evening. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Hotel needs accessible rooms for disabled guests. Shuttle bus stand at terminal 1 is chaotic. Ended up taking a taxi. Room spacious and clean. Air conditioning difficult to control. "

"The beds are hard but other than that everything is good. There's even a shuttle airport that is super easy to take. There's free toiletries in the bathrooms like toothpaste, razors and etc."

"Absolutely loved staying at Oriental hotel. The facilities, amenities, everything was geeat. Loved the frequent shuttles to and from disney parks and the convenience to the trains as well as the shopping centres across the road. It was so convenient to grab dinner or dine at the on site restaurants. The amenities were alsp great woth provision of nappies and even toys and dining cutlery and plates when needed. My only qualm was when we booked, the breakfast buffet was free for 4yos which we specifically checked when booking on the platform but when we turned up to breakfast, it turns out either the pricing had changed or Expedia records were incorrect resulting in is having to pay for our 4yo breakfast each morning. Please rectify this."
