The house was very clean and the host responded to our needs as they arose. We stayed over Thanksgiving really only slept there and had coffee as we were at my cousins house. There are some small things that needed to be fixed and we gave the host a list. Again we had a great stay and the host was great.

I can’t speak on this property in a positive light because there were situations that shone deeming light( roaches in the kitchen, spiders inside the kitchen window above the sink, uneven pool bottom and deck near lower end of the pool. Entry lock to the main door caused issues to wear they had to change the code for entry the last night of my stay. Other than that it wasn’t that bad. These photos are only a few taken after the initial fight started with the box under the sink in the kitchen

Well from the beginning the combination to the door was a problem and continued until the night before we left( as I was given a new code to enter and would you know it actually worked) The kitchen is another story it has all the amenities but to our surprise, this included roaches and spiders. The pool I decided late and the afternoon we were to arrive . But there are areas in the pool that are not level as well as the lower end of the deck ( which are tripping hazards). Other than previous statements I was satisfied. I hate to speak negatively about anything but there can be several improvements.

The house was perfect. Centrally located to so much stuff. Plenty of linen and towels for all. Host was very easy to contact and communicate with. The pool was great and relaxing. The only confusion was the pool fee. Said it was mandatory so we thought it automatically came out but it was an additional charge. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Tough to rate because there was good communication and accurate bedroom and bathroom amenities that met those expectations; however, there were so many rules that I had to reread them 3 times just to avoid added fees. Good communication, fair pricing to begin with, and overall fairly clean; however, the floors were so sticky it made the whole house feel dirty. Cameras on every corner so you're always being watched. Also, the thermostat was programmed to reset back to 75 degrees every couple of hours so the house was always hot and stick. It was 60 to check in 2 hours early in order to make it to the wedding rehearsal. Furthermore, there was a note stating if there was a "spike in utility usage" then there would be fees added to the price - hard to avoid this when you remotely raise the temp on a hot rainy day in May. There were possible fees around every corner. According to the handbook, you have to remove your shoes at the door to avoid an extra cleaning fee. The pool is a scam. They require you to pay 180 to use the grill or even lounge by the pool without getting in it. If it wasn't for the rulebook with associated fees and the floors, it would be 5 stars.

Fantastic find!

My Family and I came in for Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time! The house was very clean and organized! Access into the house was easy and communication with the host was very prompt! The pool and deck were where we spent most of our time,full sun during the day in a nice quiet neighborhood. We’d happily stay again!!

Lots of issues

The house itself was nice but needs a lot of attention to detail. Better cleaning as there were dead flies on the bedroom floor & someone’s nasty used eye lash on the bathroom floor. The bathrooms need shower mats. Need tissues in the bathrooms as well. The inside of the front door & sliding door to deck need rugs to wipe your feet. My husband fell & sustained a big skin tear on his shin & top of his foot coming in from the wet deck. There should be a hand rail at the steps going from the 1st floor to the bedrooms. The batteries in some of the remotes were dead. Need instructions on the thermostat & a cleaner more detailed welcome manual. WIFI & TV DID NOT WORK THE ENTIRE 4 DAYS!!!! AND…..DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY FOR THE POOL. It was closed with caution tape. Upon closer observation we noticed there were cracks in the cement & the pool is obviously sinking The deck was nice but the chair cushions & pillow were old, stained & wet. There should be a storage box on the deck to keep them in. This house cost me A LOT OF MONEY & there was no cancelling!!! It was not worth the money I paid! I do not recommend booking this VRBO. They also wanted additional monies to check in early, we declined & was at the front door at the 4pm check in time with no access code to the door. Code was suppose to be in the app and was not. 2 phone calls and texts to finally get someone to answer & we finally got in. They did apologize. On a positive note the beds were comfy.
